§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The offer shall be accepted in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week, failing which the offer shall be deemed to have been rejected.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online store, the following regulations apply:The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online store.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) Value added tax does not have to be shown, as RamRez Boomerangs is a small business. 

(2) The consumer has the option of paying by American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Visa, cash on collection

§4 Delivery & shipping

(1) As products are made to order, the delivery time for each order is individual. Please ask for exact details.

(2) We ship with FedEx, DHL and HERMES. The buyer bears the shipping costs. They are shown with the respective product.

§5 Retention of title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§8 Returns
Products that have been individually manufactured at the customer's request cannot be returned. The buyer shall bear the costs of returning finished items.

§9 Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply.

§10 Contract language

The contract language is exclusively German, English and Spanish.
